In the year 1948, in the quiet hum of post-war Europe, a young man named Gaspard opened the doors of his first café. He named it not after himself, but after the feeling he hoped people would carry with them when they left: gentleness, grace, and good conversation.
Born to a family of military, Gaspard learned early that food wasn’t just sustenance, it was a vessel for stories, healing, and joy. He cooked with simplicity but served with elegance. He believed that every plate should carry with it a whisper of history.
Our café is a living journal of those values.
We carry his legacy; not in exact recipes but in the way we gather, the way we speak to one another, and in the way we slow down to taste life together....
